We know it's been a while since we've posted about our little guy, but here is a cute, quick (partially disgusting) video of Moe dining on some worms! (He ate 4!)

Morning swim!

Moe had a lovely morning swim, after DEVOURING a worm!

Moshup ate his first worm last night! When I got to school this morning, he was swimming away happily! So far, I'd say he has adjusted very well to our classroom!

5/21/13 how Moshup is feeling today

Moshup is getting used to his new habitat! He seems very happy and enjoyed a nap! ^.^

I found him this morning laying on his basking rock and checking out his new surroundings!

Moshup the turtle arrived at Cushing School today with Brett and Tom! He is the cutest little guy and we are all super excited to watch him grow!

Moshup, an Indian giant who once lived on the mainland of Massachusetts, decided one day to settle down on the beautiful island of Martha's Vineyard.

Moshup loved to sit on the top of a hill on the Vineyard near a town now called Gay Head. There is still evidence of his grand seat there in the crater above the cliffs.

Moshup the turtle was found near a pond in Brockton, where people have been dumping used gasoline and oil. Our little guy was pretty banged up, but expected to make a full recovery!
